NAACP calls on Biden to pardon Marilyn Mosby, who was allegedly victimized by Trump

The NAACP and 14 other civil rights groups have urged President Joe Biden through a letter to grant a pardon to Marilyn Mosby, a former Baltimore state's attorney facing federal charges related to mortgage fraud and perjury.

Mosby was found guilty in February of falsifying a mortgage application to obtain a lower interest rate.

Additionally, in November 2023, she was convicted of perjury for falsely claiming a pandemic-induced financial setback and using city retirement funds to purchase vacation properties in Florida.
