Judge orders Alabama driver to apologize or face jail for yelling at officer

Last year, an Alabama man told a police officer, "Get your [expletive] out of the way."

Now he is given a choice by a judge to apologize to the police officer he had cursed at during the traffic stop or risk facing a 30-day jail sentence.
