In chronological order, her first appearance on film is on the sidewalk in front of the Dallas County Building, where she is visible on the right side of President Kennedy. To be captured in the Dealey Plaza images, she would have needed to cross Houston Street and enter Dealey Plaza. This suggests the possibility that the images could show two different women with a similar appearance. However, it is plausible that after the motorcade passed by, she crossed the street to capture a second motorcade drive past on Dealey Plaza, positioning herself on JFK's left.
In 1970, Beverly Oliver claimed to be the Babushka Lady during a church revival meeting in Joshua, Texas, where she shared her account with conspiracy researcher Gary Shaw. According to Oliver, she filmed the assassination using a Yashica Super 8 film camera and handed the undeveloped film to two men who identified themselves as FBI agents. Oliver did not receive a receipt for the film, but the agents assured her that they would return it within ten days. However, she did not follow up on the matter and the film was never returned.
Some Speculate That Oswald Was A CIA Agent

While investigating the Kennedy assassination, the Warren Commission in 1964 and the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1979 addressed allegations linking Oswald to the CIA.
